Jewelry & Loose Diamonds REFUND POLICY
Last Call Luxury has a No Refund-All Sales Final policy. If the item is defective the
customer must contact Last Call Luxury within 60 days of the original purchase date
by emailing us at VIPService@sophiafiori.com
Last Call Luxury may repair or replace the item under warranty if the repairs appear
to due to a manufacture defect. This will be determined upon the item being received
into the Service Center. If a refund is warranted Last Call Luxury requires a 15% re-stocking
fee unless the item is refunded due to a manufacture defect, in which case a full refund will be
issued. Refunds will not be issued due to “buyer's remorse”. If the customer has the
item appraised we require an appraisal be done within 60 days of the purchase by
an Independent Certified Appraiser who does not buy or sell loose stones or jewelry.
Should the guest care to dispute the finding from the lab they are required to email
a copy of their sales receipt, Last Call Luxury Appraisal and the Appraisal from the
independent lab. The paperwork will be forwarded to a Claims Manager for a review
which takes 3-5 business days. After a Claims Review Last Call Luxury will contact the
customer with options on how to resolve the claim.
New Watch REFUND POLICY
All watch sales are final sale. No Refunds- Exchange only for defective items within
30 business days. The watch must be returned in its original packaging along with
the instruction manual and warranty card to the Service Center. The customer will
be provided a return authorization number and proper shipping instructions if a
refund is approved. The customer is liable for the cost of shipping, handling, and
insurance. Any package sent without an authorization number will be refused. The
customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
